System Overview

Once you successfully log in to the Well Log System, the Welcome page displays your name, along with a list of options (located at the left-hand side of the page).

Option	Allows you to:
Create	Fill out and submit a Well Log.
View	Search for and view previously submitted Well Logs that were approved by OCHD.
Append Pump Info	Add pump installation information to a previously submitted Well Log.
Print Well Log	Access a printable version of a submitted Well Log.
Edit Profile	Modify the registration information you entered when first creating a profile (address, phone number, etc.).
Change Password	Change the password you use to access the Well Log System.
GIS Viewer	Access the GIS Viewer, which provides electronic views of land attributes, such as contamination areas, land elevations, water bodies, and neighboring wells.
