Accessing the Septic Application

After you specify the type of sewage disposal permit, the page presents fields for entering the property's Parcel ID and City/Village/Township.

  1. Enter the property's Parcel ID.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow and select the City/Village/Township.
  3. Click the Submit button.
  4. Once the page displays the application, fill out the fields as indicated.
Note: A red asterisk (*) appearing next to a field indicates that information must be entered in that field in order for the application to be submitted.
